resilience wkshop.. bahh.. it was juz a waste of time. yea, i agree it was quite fun and interesting. but heys, i din rly learn anithin out of it. i admit, de speaker was funnie though.

his stories were abit hard to believe though. i believe in god's miracles. but i dun believe in human lies. hmms.

and when he was mentioning de "feeling depressed" everydae part, suddenli everybody turn and look at me. OIE!! hahas yes im guilty. but dunid stare at me right?? and yu fei was lyk " dun kill urself arhs" and tim was lyk " oie, dun so emo lah" grr.. LOL!

im depressed and i hate myself. but its ok. coz i love my frens, and i noe i hv their support too!! i wun go de la, i cant bear to leave all of u. but hating myself, is rly nt smth i can control. haiz.
